If you purchased your item through Amazon or another retailer, please contact them directly to process your return.

How to Request a Return

If you made your purchase on our website and wish to return it, please reach out to us at customercare@frejasvendsen.com or use the contact form on our website. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories or packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
